Cepa, S.L. was founded in 1997 in Cabra (Córdoba). The Cano family, based in Seville and Hamburg, has been producing delicatessen products, especially olive products, under its own brands and private labels for 50 years.
Organic olives are now part of the organic range. Greek Kalamata organic olives, Italian Nocellara organic olives are known. However, the Spanish organic olives are entering into the market.
The noble Spanish organic olives have memorable names: The Aragon organic olive, a violet olive with an intense taste. The brother and sister of the Kalamata Organic Olive. The Hojiblanca Organic Olive and the Manzanilla Organic Olive from Seville. Many call them the noblest of all green olives. It captivates with its delicate flesh and its shape, which reminds of an apple. Hence the name Manzanilla. The Spanish organic olive Picolimón is a speciality. The name derives from "lemon". A large caliber Spanish organic olive. The little brother of the Queen organic olive.
