Capea Salutis reduces the sodium chloride content up to 45%.

It is a spring sea salt from the Eocene age, which is extracted in Spain.  The special feature is that the salt has a molecular structure in which the sodium chloride and the potassium chloride are crystallized in a grain.  The taste of potassium chloride is therefore not perceived separately.

The typical metallic taste of diet salts does not occur, and flavour enhancers and other additives can thus be dispensed with.  Thus it tastes naturally salty, unlike the well-known diet or low sodium salts.Contents : Ural sea salt > 99,7 % ( NaCl & KCl)
Granulation : < 0.7 mm or as mill salt (1-5 mm)
Colour : slightly brownish with orange speckles.
Release agent : E 551 ( limited use without release agent )
Origin : Spain

Applications : Industry / end user containers, if sodium reduction is desired.

Ideal for : Low sodium soups & soy sauces, low sodium stock cubes, low sodium instant soups, low sodium pasta, low sodium sauces.

Suitable as blood pressure salt due to its potassium content.
